Daniel B. Vayner
Institutional Sales Representative

Mr. Vayner has served as a member of the Institutional Sales team at Pacific Heights Asset Management, LLC since 2008, focusing primarily on the Southeast, Mid-Atlantic and Gulf Coast regions of the United States as well as Puerto Rico.

Prior to joining Pacific Heights, Mr. Vayner served as a broker in the commercial real estate investment group of Marcus & Millichap’s Real Estate Investment Services Division, focusing on retail and office property sales.

Mr. Vayner is Series 7 and 63 registered and received his undergraduate degrees in finance and international business from the University of Maryland. Mr. Vayner is also fluent in Russian.
